"For almost seventy-five years, this human relations organization has stood the test of time and we are proud to continue that tradition as the Chicago Center for Cultural Connections. On behalf of Connections, I would like to extend our congratulations to Archbishop Tutu and applaud him for his extraordinary leadership. It is a privilege to be with him in this room and to recognize such a man of God and a messenger for peace and justice as we pay tribute to him. The 2011 InterFaith Calendar

The 2011 InterFaith Calendar™ is a spectacular 14" x 22" full-color, fourteen-month, wall calendar produced with the cooperative effort of 17 Religious Communities.

The 2011 InterFaith Calendar highlights one religious community each month and spans from December, 2010 through January, 2012. For each month in the InterFaith Calendar there is a basic summary of of its basic tenets and its major religious writings, as well as picutres, photographs, graphics, and statistics and lists and religious observances.

This year, from each community, some observance descriptions are expanded. Click on the lightning bolt at each of the religious community pages on our site to see the expanded observance. The InterFaith Calendar can be useful in a variety of settings, including businesses, schools, government facilities, and civic and religious organizations.
